r\u00e9gulation des march\u00e9s publics et d\u00e9l\u00e9gations de service public.<\/p><p>La r\u00e9gulation porte notamment sur\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>L\u2019assistance des autorit\u00e9s nationales dans le cadre de la d\u00e9finition des politiques et de l\u2019\u00e9laboration de la r\u00e8glementation\u00a0;<\/li><li>La formation de l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la commande
